Is Free really free? ▾
Yes. 10 reports a month, one project, no card required, no expiry. Plenty for a side project or to validate the integration before you commit. Past the cap your end users keep submitting normally; new reports just arrive on your dashboard locked until next month, or until you upgrade or add a $15 credit pack.
Why a credit pack? ▾
Some teams need bug reporting in bursts. A 2-week beta, a redesign launch, a customer-support sprint. Subscriptions feel wrong for that. $15 buys you 50 reports, no recurring charge, valid for 12 months. Use it once a year if you want.
What counts as a report? ▾
One report = one consent-gated submission from one of your end users. If a user opens the trigger and cancels before sending, that's zero. If they send a 90-second replay, that's one.
What happens at the cap? ▾
Your end users keep submitting normally — their UX never breaks, there's no "we'll be back" page in the way of someone trying to report a bug. New reports past the cap arrive on your dashboard locked: metadata visible, content hidden, until you upgrade or add a $15 credit pack. Upgrading unlocks every locked report from this period in one shot. We email at 80% so you can decide before you hit the wall. No surprise overage charges.
Can I change plans mid-month? ▾
Yes. Upgrade is immediate (prorated). Downgrade applies at the end of the billing period. You keep current features until then.
Do you offer annual discounts? ▾
Not yet. We sell month-to-month so customers can leave if we lose their trust. Annual will come once we have enough customers to plan around.
How is data stored, and where? ▾
Blobs (replays, audio) live in Cloudflare R2. Metadata in a US-region Postgres. EU residency is on the list once we have a customer who needs it.
